- Only 2 buyers per registration
- If you have not registered before at this sale a $100.00 fee is required
- All vehicles purchased on site must be paid for the day of the sale. All vehicles purchased online must be paid for within 24 hours of the conclusion of the sale.
- Vehicles must be picked up no later than 5 business working days after the sale date
- All property purchased must be removed from the premises by the Wednesday following the sale at 5:00 P.M.
Property not removed within this time frame will be subject to a minimum of $25 per day storage fee
- No one under 16 years of age allowed
- During auction we ask that you stay in the auction lot
- Units are sold AS IS!! We offer NO WARRANTIES!! Year/Make/Model, Damage & Mileage NOT GUARANTEED. Buyers are cautioned to verify all information to their own satisfaction BEFORE bidding.
